PROFILE:
I possess a wide
variety of experience in electrical systems design, including implementation,
project and construction management thereof, for the Telco, Defense,
Transportation, and Power Utilities. My most recent engagement my
responsibilities as lead engineer for multiple utility scale solar design
(20MW<) for interconnects to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E),
Southern California Edison (SCE) and Austin Energy, as Engineer of Record.
I have 10+ years
experience as an electrical engineer, including Hydro-power generation
industry, and recently expanding into the utility scale Solar Plant
design. My career experience is in producing conceptual and detail
designs for instrumentation, electrical distribution, SCADA, medium &
high voltage equipment involved with power generation operations.
Typical
deliverables include; specifications, drawings, construction packages,
calculations, cost estimates, procurement assistance, installation
assistance, turn-up/configuration support, as-built documentation, and
maintenance personnel training.
I also have
substantial experience with on-site construction, commissioning and

Portfolio Planning group (PPP) is a relatively new organization within
PG&E’s Power Generation Department. PPP is a small group with the key
responsibility to improve the long term planning of Hydro projects across
entire system.
